You agree to provide accurate information and understand that our services support—not substitute—professional medical or legal care.

Payment Terms

 

 

Payment is due at booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept Zelle as our preferred payment method. Services will not be provided until payment is received in full.

4. 

Refund Policy

​

Please review our full Refund Policy for eligibility. No refunds are issued for completed sessions or for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

5. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

We respect your privacy. All personal information is kept confidential according to our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for outcomes based on your use of our services. Our coaching and guidance do not constitute medical treatment, therapy, or legal advice.
