Non-Refundable Circumstances All fees paid to Esperanza+Fertility LLC are non-refundable under the following conditions: Submission of Client Information to a Fertility Clinic Once any personal, medical, or financial information is submitted to a fertility clinic on your behalf, no refunds will be issued, regardless of subsequent changes in treatment plans or decisions. Initiation of Services If any service has been initiated—such as consultations, coordination, document review, administrative processing, or communication with third-party providers—those fees are non-refundable. Client Cancellation If the client chooses to cancel services for any reason after the initiation of work or submission of information, no refunds will be given. Third-Party Services Esperanza+Fertility LLC is not responsible for refunds related to fertility clinics or third-party providers. Clients must refer directly to those providers for their respective refund or cancellation policies. No Guarantee of Outcome Payment for services does not guarantee a specific outcome, including but not limited to: pregnancy, successful egg retrieval, embryo development, or live birth. Esperanza+Fertility LLC provides administrative and coordination services in good faith and with professional diligence, but outcomes depend on multiple external factors.
